Getting there from the Information Centre
From Hawick High Street, travel North 5 miles on A7. Turn right at sign for Synton, Dimpleknowe is two miles down country lane. Passing Synton Farm on the way.
From Selkirk High Street, travel South on the A7 for 6 miles, see Ashkirk village on you right, keep travelling on A7, turn left a sign for Synton. Dimpleknowe is two miles down country lane. Passing Synton Farm on the way.
Getting there by Aeroplane
From Edinburgh Airport A8 to A720 city by pass on to A7 through Galashiels and Selkirk, approximately 5 miles south of Selkirk turn left to Synton 2 miles to cottage.
