Loch View - Getting There

Getting there from the Information Centre

From Portree Information Centre, take the A87 south to Sligachan. Turn right onto the A863 to Drynoch. Turn left signposted Carbost. Loch View Cottage is on the left shortly after the steep hill above the Talisker distillery in Carbost village. (18 miles)

From the Skye Bridge - 33 miles (approx 50 minutes). Follow A87 to Sligachan. Take A863 to Drynoch. Turn left signposted Carbost. Loch View Cottage is on the left shortly after the steep hill above the Talisker distillery in Carbost village.
