Mingulay is a very attractive detached cottage contained in its own extensive garden, in the small hamlet of Portrigh, half a mile from the picturesque village of Carradale. Totally refurbished to a very high standard, "Mingulay" overlooks a sandy beach and gives views of the hills of Arran. Adjacent to the cottage is a 9 hole golf course. The area has clean, safe sandy beaches. Other activities include fishing, bird watching, walking and pony trekking. Visitors can also enjoy a short ferry trip to Arran,
