Standing on the banks of Luce Bay with a peaceful sandy beach just across the road, Habour Row boasts five delightful self-catering cottages, each named after Scottish islands. Sleeping four to six guests in well appointed bedrooms, each offers a bright and airy sitting room leading onto a south facing patio accessible through French windows. Sample some of the area’s finest local produce and cook up a storm in a well designed, fully equipped kitchen that includes electric cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer. Each of the cottages are child friendly with high chairs and cots available and all bed linen and towels are provided so there’s no need to bring your own.
Let the mild days, amazing starry nights and ever-changing sea and sky relax you whether it’s sitting on the patio making the most of the clear invigorating air or walking along the nearby sandy beach. Dolphins and seals are frequent visitors to Luce Bay so watch out for these friendly locals and look out for red squirrel, deer and even lizards in the local woods. Peaceful Drummore also provides a perfect base for garden lovers and is particularly close to one of Scotland’s most exotic gardens, Logan Botanic Garden.
