Lagganlia Outdoor Centre
Set in the stunning and remote area of Glen Feshie between Aviemore and Kingussie, the centre nestles into the western edge of the Cairngorm mountains, one of the few remaining wilderness areas in Europe. The region is steeped in history and there are ruins, castles, and standing stones to marvel at and explore. We are only 20 minutes drive from the nearest ski centre at Cairngorm and are well situated for day trips to Loch Ness, Skye, Fort William, and Royal Deeside.
The location of the centre is spectacular, poised on the banks of the River Feshie with the backdrop of Creag Mhigeachaidh ('The Whispering Mountain'). Salmon and trout run in the clear waters of the Feshie, and we are often visited by deer, red squirrel, osprey and other wildlife. We are surrounded by nature reserves, forests, lochs, and mountains.
