Getting there from the Information Centre
From Kirkcudbright Tourist Information Centre take the A755, signposted Gatehouse of Fleet, west for 1/2 mile. Turn left onto the B727 signposted Borgue. After 4 miles turn left at Brighouse Bay signpost. Park is in 2 miles, behind wood on right of Brighouse Bay.
Getting There by Railway
From Dumfries Railway Station take the A75 Euroroute towards Stranraer. Approximately 22 miles from Dumfries, 4 miles west of Castle Douglas, take the A711 to Kirkcudbright. In the centre of Kirkcdbright turn left onto the A755, signposted Gatehouse of Fleet, 1/2 mile. Turn left onto B727 signpost. Park is in 2 miles, behind wood on right of Brighouse Bay.
Getting there by Aeroplane
From Prestwick Airport take the A77 to Ayr then onto the A713 through Dalmellington, New Galloway and Parton towards the A75 at Castle Douglas (approximately 45 miles from Ayr). Turn right onto the A75 towards Stranraer for approximately 5 miles; take the A711, signposted Kirkcudbright. In the centre of Kirkcudbright turn left onto the A755, signposted Gatehouse of Fleet, for 1/2 mile. Turn left onto B727 signposted Borgue. After four miles turn left at Brighouse Bay signpost.
Getting There by Ferry
From Cairnryan take the A77 onto the A75 towards Dumfries. Approximately 45 miles on, on the Gatehouse of Fleet Bypass, take the A755 towards Kirkcudbright. After approximately 4 miles Brighouse Bay Holiday Park is signposted to the right. The signs will take you all the way to the park.
