Swallow sleeps two people and Jimmy's sleeps up to 6 and has two bathrooms. Both cottages are well equipped and inclusive of all heating and electricity. Two attractive stone built, centrally heated, semi-detached cottages set in the heart of the Border countryside. The cottages have beautiful views of the surrounding farm and the Eildon Hills and are 5 miles from the pretty town of Kelso. Both cottages have been modernised and offer spacious family accommodation. They are in a private position on a working farm and are comfortably furnished with a pleasant homely atmosphere. Swallow Cottage is all on ground level with central heating. It has one twin/king sized double bedroom, a shower room and a sitting room with open fire, colour digital television and dvd player. The kitchen/dining room is fully equipped with electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. Jimmy's Cottage has central heating, one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower over the bath. The kitchen/dining room is fully equipped with electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The sitting room has colour teletext tv, dvd and cd player and open fire. There is an additional ground floor shower room and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. There is ample private parking and a large grassed play area with picnic furniture. Electricity, heating and fuel for the open fire is included in the rent. Bed linen is provided and beds are made ready for your arrival. Cot, highchair and towels are available on request.
