The Princes House Hotel

The Prince's House Glenfinnan, with its associations with Bonnie Prince Charlie, is a magnet for those seeking the romance and splendour of the Highlands. The Prince's House hotel is situated only a short walk away from the very spot where the Standard was raised to start the doomed 1745 Jacobite rising, and it is possible the Prince himself had a dram here! Dating back to 1658, the hotel has recently been tastefully refurbished to provide all the comforts required by the modern traveller. With nine individually designed en suite rooms we can offer different styles of accommodation ranging from a standard Clansman room to our deluxe Stuart room. Spring, Summer or Winter, the hotel is a charming and cosy place to relax and be pampered. Personal service and outstanding food are our two cornerstones. The railway station, with steam trains in Summer, is only 300 metres away. You can walk and enjoy the tracks up the local glens or lochside. The ferry to Skye is 45mins drive away, with the beautiful silver sands of Morar and spectacular coastal scenery en route. We know how difficult it can be to find the perfect hotel for that well earned break. Come to the Prince's House and you will not be disappointed.
Dinner, Bed and Breakfast rates are available for Triple and Single rooms also, please contact directly for more information.
