The Well House
We are conveniently situated close to the town centre and within 15 minutes walking distance of the Festival Theatre. Our bedrooms are tastefully decorated with en-suite shower rooms, hospitality tray CTV and video. The residents' lounge, together with the ground floor room and dining room are wheelchair friendly.Free WiFi is available
The Well House has a long standing reputation for good quality and courteous service. The resident proprietors Mary and Gordon Leaman take it upon themselves to maintain and if possible improve this reputation. To this end, our ensuites and lounge have been upgraded to meet the ever-increasing demands of our guests.
A full Scottish breakfast, cooked to order, with fruits and cereals are standard. Evening meals are provided (times to suit the theatre). Safe private parking is provided at the rear of the house.
Please note we do not accept Saturday night only bookings due July , August, and September and we do not accept wedding guests where the wedding is at another venue.Substatial discounts are available on 7+ stays. Family room prices vary- for more detail consult our website
