Rosehill is owned and run by Iain and Jackie Maclellan and family. This immaculately kept Guest House with its clean, bright and spacious en-suite bedrooms is ideally situated for easy access to shops, restaurants, bars and Pitlochry's world famous Festival Theatre a popular 5 minute walk from the Guest House. We are in partnership with Pitlochry Festival Theatre and are authorised agents who can book and issue tickets for all performances being held at the Theatre over the summer and winter.
With its central location and off-road parking "why not leave your car and enjoy many of the local experiences all within a short walk".
We pride ourselves in offering a warm welcome and relaxing environment with a high standard of service and a reputation for delicious and freshly prepared food. All our rooms are ensuite and are as follows: 4 ensuite doubles, 2 ensuite family/twin/double rooms, 1 double with private facilities.
Rosehill is also proud of its historical links with Rob Roy "Scotland own Robin Hood" and the "Rob Roy" Way a particular favourite with walkers.
We will happily make prior arrangements for Golfing, Fishing, local Restaurants and Theatre go-oers.
A secure garage is also available for motorbikes and cyclists. A large "drying room" that is popular with walkers is also provided.
A lovely view overlooking the memorial gardens can be seem from the front of the house, as per photography to the right.
