The location is very peaceful with excellent views over the Cathedral and town and Wideford Hill depending on which room you are in.
A ten minute walk will take you to the centre and to the ferry terminals serving the North Isles. A large private car park is available for guest use.
Local talk is of an otter colony residing only 150 metres from the house, a patient eye might catch a glimpse of these captivating animals, look out for the "Beware otters crossing" road signs!

All rooms are en-suite with tea/coffee making facilities, colour TV, hair driers and shoe cleaning facilities.
Ground floor rooms are available for those who find stairs difficult. Be sure to mention this when booking
