Sit back, relax and watch the world go by from our water front conservatory (shown above) and take in the breathtaking scenery and stunning sunsets.

Our prominent water front position provides unspoilt views across the Urr Estuary and with the mild climate experienced across the region, which is due to the influence of the Gulf Stream, outdoor activities can be enjoyed all year round. We provide secure lock up facilities and an area for cleaning/repairing sports equipment (Bicycles, fishing tackle, golf clubs etc) along with drying facilities for wet weather gear and footwear. Kippford has two excellent pubs in the village, both serving food daily, which makes us the ideal base to explore the area or to unwind, relax and take in the beautiful and peaceful surroundings.
