Tucked away in a surprisingly convenient location in the west end of town.
The guest house is only a few minutes walk from the west port, the historic gateway to St Andrews town centre.
The guest house comprises of two victorian town houses, built in 1868.
There is free on street parking in Argyle Street and nearby Kennedy Gardens. Additionally there are two large (charged 9.00 - 17.00) car parks in Argyle Street.
The world famous Old Course is an easy walk (10 minutes of less!)
Steeped in history the Cathedral is the largest built in Scotland. It took approximately 150 years to build and the Cathedral was consicrated in 1318.
The Castle ruins can be visited today. There is an excellent visitor centre and guided tours of the castle ruins and countermine.
Just around the corner from the guest house is Kinburn Park. Home to St. Andrews Museum, tennis courts, putting and bowling green.
Just one example of the many splendid buildings belonging to the University of St. Andrews, the oldest University in Scotland.
This statue of Saint Andrew is a copy of one by Francois Duquisnoy, which stands in St Peters in Rome.
This statue can be found in the grounds of the Botanical Gardens.
The oldest surviving medieval street market in Scotland. The Lammas Market is held in mid August (monday and tuesday - check for dates)
