All rooms have large en-suite shower rooms, flat screen digital TV and free wi fi. Hearty breakfasts served including superb Caithness Free Range eggs and Inverness Farmers tasty Black Pudding. Fair Trade products use where possible. Recommended day trips from Ardvreck include the circular drive along the single track road to Achiltibuie, Lochinver and Kylesku; visit some amazing beaches and enjoy the spectacular scenery en route to Durness on the north coast (75 miles) and whilst there don't miss Smoo Caves and Coco Mountain (they serve the BEST hot chocolate); Handa island is a must for bird watchers; Shin Falls combined with a tour of Dunrobin Castle is another excellent day trip.
