Kilnhall

Kilnhall was originally a farm steading, and has been converted by the present owners, Betty and George Williamson, to a superior family home during 2004 and completed in Nov 2005. An intensive record of the housebuild is available for view in the form of a series of photo albums. This home is situated in a semi-rural location on the outskirts of the town of Westhill.
Kilnhall has an impressive entrance and dining hall with original granite walls and a large wood burning stove. The impressive antique table and chairs with settle and chest offer a very pleasant ambience for breakfast.
The double bedroomss are spacious offering comfort and privacy with each having their own ensuite. Underfloor heating is throughout the ground floor, with individual controls in each room. In the event of a powercut the house is linked to a standby generator.
Betty and George hope that guests will appreciate the original and interesting features that have been retained as well as the excellent wood finishings in solid oak. They also hope that the helpful and friendly atmosphere will be conducive to a very pleasing and relaxing stay.
