Located in the heart of the Old Town and just a few minutes walk from all major tourist attractions (such as Edinburgh Castle, Holyrood Palace, National Museums of Scotland), the hotel sits on the edge of Holyrood Park which surrounds the hills of Arthur's Seat and the Salisbury Crags with pleasant walks into Duddingston Village.

All of the hotel's 78 rooms are en suite with amenities such as in-room safe, internet access and hospitality tray. Personal grooming kits extend to vanity kits, iron with ironing board and hair dryer. Guests can choose from a variety of accommodation - our Executive Rooms provide stylish interiors and bathrooms furnished with ample porcelain wash-hand basins, power showers and baths to spread out in and preen yourself before your day's adventure. For a little extra comfort and room, try an upgrade to one of our Superior Executive Bedrooms or truly spoil yourself in one of our four Skyline Rooms, giving you breathtaking views of Edinburgh's city and countryside.

A hot and cold breakfast buffet is served offering a wide range of ingredients from Scotland's larder, and our breakfasts cater for the carnivore and vegetarian alike. For a little added privacy feel free to order a continental room service breakfast.

The hotel bar offers a selection of beers, aperitifs and soft drinks, and is complemented by a bar snack menu from which you can choose to eat in the bar or in your bedroom.

Being superbly located for any one of Edinburgh's many restaurants and pubs - which range from traditional to contemporary and family orientated - we have opted out of providing a formal lunch or dinner service, and instead we offer a comprehensive guide in your bedroom to where we recommend you eat and drink. With Princes Street only a mile away, you also have access to the city's fashion shops and the famous Jenners Department Store.

For culture vultures Ten Hill Place is located directly opposite the Festival Theatre and close to the Playhouse and Queen's Hall. Travel could not be more convenient with bus stops just 200 metres from the hotel entrance, taxi services provided, good links to Edinburgh Airport and Waverley train station close by.
