Aaran apartment is situated on the second floor at 108 High Street. We have wonderful views to Craigleith from the master bedroom and kitchen. The exterior entrance door has an entry phone system, there is only one other resident that shares the entrance door and stairwell . The stairway has recently been refurbished using traditional period paints from the Farrow and Ball paint company.
Aaran apartment has been furnished and equipped to the highest specification, and decorated in a neutral palette. There are polished hardwood flooring to the public areas, quality carpets to the bedrooms and ceramic tiling to the bathroom and original modern artwork on the walls.
The sitting room has a traditional fire surround with cast iron insert and real flame gas coal fire, in addition to full gas central heating. Ample seating in fabric and leather, occasional furniture and lamps.
The lovely oak dining kitchen has fully integrated appliances, including gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer and microwave and, a glass table and six leather chairs.
The master bedroom has a king size leather bed and a comfortable armchair to take in the stunning view. Bedroom 2 is a cosy room with double bed with velux window. Bedroom 3 has twin beds. A cot and highchair is available free of charge for your use. A good nights sleep is ensured with quality mattresses, anti allergy bedding and quality linens and duvets.
The bathroom has a full size bath, WC, hand basin and free-standing shower cabinet, all drenched in light by way of a stunning cupola.
Linens, towels, heating and services are included.
