From Jedburgh TIC - 3 miles south on the A68 - turn right at Chesters 5 miles signpost. At T junction turn left, 3/4 mile. The Steadings is on the left just before the crossroads.

From Edinburgh or Newcastle - follow the A68. From Carlisle follow the A7. All 55 miles.
