Bruach Roineach (Fern Bank) is a new architect-designed cottage offering first class accommodation for 6 people, situated only a 10 minute walk from Calgary Bay. From this ideal location, guests can explore Mull's enchanting coastline and experience its wildlife, including deer, otters and the majestic sea eagles. The Carthouse Gallery is just 5 minutes away and offers a tea room, art gallery and the "Art in Nature" woodland walk.
The accommodation is fully centrally heated and comprises:
First floor - entrance hall accessed via a wooden pedestrian bridge from the roadside and contains a cloakroom, large lounge, dining area with south and west views to the open countryside. There is a multi fuel stove in the lounge with both lounge and dining areas having access to the balconies. The dining area opens into a fully fitted and equipped kitchen. The double bedroom (with fitted wardrobe) has en-suite facilities.
Ground floor - large entrance hall/cloakroom, utility room, inner hall, 2 twin bedded rooms (with fitted wardrobes) and large bathroom.
There is ample parking for several cars and a family picnic table is provided.
Bed, kitchen linens and towels are provided with heat and lighting also included in the tariff.
