The house was completed early in 2007, and has a large tarmac parking area, secure storage for bikes and other sporting equipment.
Guests have full use of the Broad Bay House library, with a good selection of DVD's, maps, CD's and local guide books. The library PC has fast broadband, and the house has free wireless internet for all guests

This huge room is one of the highlights of the house, with windows on 3 sides looking out over the sea.
Oak furniture, exposed ceiling beams and subtle lighting create a unique environment.
Breakfast and dinner are served here, and guests can enjoy high quality local ingredients, cooked skilfully and presented carefully.
The room has an honesty bar, well stocked with local beers, interesting malt whiskies and a selection of quality wines

This is the room to choose if you are a bath person - the cast iron bath is deep and large enough for two.
Bedroom 3, with king size double, and large walk in shower
The shower rooms in bedrooms 3 and 4 feature large Daryl walk in shower enclosures with Grohe high pressure showers.
Bedroom 3 also has a secluded private decking area facing south west to catch the afternoon sunshire
Bedroom 4 - our most popular with king size double, and sea views from the sliding windows and decking.
