Dunedin Guest House is situated in the Old market Town of Huntly, which has many attractions for visitors. These include walks through Battle Hill, Bin Forest and across open moorland providing the opportunity to enjoy allsorts of wildlife and unspoilt splendour.
Come during the breeding season and watch the buzzards and falcons hatch via CCTV at the Falconry Centre just five minutes up the A96. Play a round of Golf at the Huntly Golf Club. Or if you are feeling energetic take a classic Ski day, Improvers day or even a classic ski weekend at the Huntly Nordic & Outdoor Centre.
Take a days fishing at one of the many lochs, reservoirs or from one of the many riverbanks you never know you may just hook a salmon you have dreamst of. Visit the Cairngorms National Park. A living working landscape with wild land at its heart.
During your visit why not take in part of the Whisky Trail. The Strathisla, The Glenlivet and the Aberlour - A Distillery Experience. Most distilleries welcome visitors. You can also visit the Speyside Cooperage and watch oak casks being made or repaired.
With the railway station only a 5-minute walk from the guesthouse all this is possible. And much more.
