No 12 Quality Street
Bedrooms remain open as normal throughout the winter however the cafe is closed during the day on Mondays and Tuesdays (and is largely unmanned after breakfast) and every night for dinner apart from fridays and saturdays. We are happy to arrange dinner and transport for you to our sister hotel in North berwick, The Nether Abbey Hotel.
Located in the heart of North Berwick - a stone's throw from the beach and harbour - is this truly unique little hotel which has recently been converted and renovated.
There is no reception desk to check in at, just the lovely smell of coffee from the lobby coffee shop. More than a bed and breakfast but without the formality of a hotel, No 12 is all about relaxation and excellent service.
Each of the 11 rooms is individual and offers a high level of comfort. Golf breaks are a speciality and flexibility is a byword.
