Bedrooms remain open as normal throughout the winter, however the cafe is closed Monday to Friday from November 2010 to 31 March 2011 (and is largely unmanned after breakfast). Open for breakfast & lunch on Saturday & Sunday.
We are happy to arrange dinner and transport for you to our sister hotel in North berwick, The Nether Abbey Hotel.
Located in the heart of North Berwick - a stone's throw from the beach and harbour - is this truly unique little hotel which has recently been converted and renovated.
There is no reception desk to check in at, just the lovely smell of coffee from the lobby coffee shop. More than a bed and breakfast but without the formality of a hotel, No 12 is all about relaxation and excellent service.
Each of the 11 rooms is individual and offers a high level of comfort. Golf breaks are a speciality and flexibility is a byword.
