Seabraes Self Catering Flats

Dundee is known as the City of Discovery and is situated on the banks of the River Tay on the east coast of Scotland.

The University of Dundee is situated just minutes from the city centre, with easy access to numerous tourist attractions and the famous Championship Courses of St Andrews and Carnoustie are within 1/2 hour's drive. Within walking distance are Captain Scott's ship 'The Discovery' and Discovery Point visitor attraction, HM Frigate Unicorn, Verdant Works, Sensation:Dundee, and Dundee Rep Theatre to name but a few. A short drive away, you can explore Glamis Castle, Scone Palace, Angus Folk Museum, J M Barrie's Birthplace, Arbroath Abbey and many other local sites of historic interest.

Sanctuary Management Services manage Seabraes Hall on behalf of Dundee Student Villages. Self catering accommodation is available within Seabraes Hall during July and August. The self contained flats comprise of 1 double bedroom and 6 single bedrooms all with ensuite shower rooms and a fully equipped dining kitchen/lounge area. Each block is fitted with a security entrance system. The buildings comprise of four floors with one flat on each level. Some of the properties afford views over the River Tay to Fife.

Please advise us at time of booking of any special requirements regarding access ie ground floor flat, as there are no lift facilities.

Flats available for sole use by your party for a minimum of 3 night stay or Individual en-suite rooms available with shared kitchen facilities - no minimum stay required.

Prices Quoted in unit prices (discounts and conditions) show the price per flat per night depending on the number of people staying in the flat. Main price shown is the cost of a flat for 5 people per night. Click discounts/conditions for costs for occupancy for 2 - 8 persons

Ensuite Rooms in flat for shared use of kitchen facilities are also available - per night £24.50 SB, £35.50 DB.
