Choose from a cooked breakfast with all the trimmings, herby scrambled egg, mushrooms on toasted ciabatta, traditional porridge with a twist and lots more - all sure to set your mouth watering. Everything is freshly prepared and where possible, quality locally sourced ingredients are used. If you will be heading out early for fishing, on business or just need an early start, an earlier breakfast can usually be arranged. Quality picnics and packed lunches are also available for a busy day out and about. Most dietary requirements can be catered for so just mention any when you book.

Small wedding groups and private parties are most welcome and special packages can be tailored to your individual needs such as a relaxing aromatherapy treatment for the bride and the bride's mother, afternoon tea or even a Pimms in the garden.

The area is perfect for walking and cycling while Powfoot Golf Course offers a challenging round and the River Annan is renowed its stock of trout and salmon. Here you are also ideally located for exploring the Solway Coast Heritage Trail, the romantic town of Gretna and the nearby Scottish Borders.
