A family room (room six) which sits at the front of the house and enjoys lots of sunshine. It is a spacious room with high ceilings and is furnished to a high standard. Coffee/tea facilities, hairdryer and trouser press supplied.

Enjoy a lovely breakfast choosing from our menu which offers you a real selection to suit all tastes. We have a vegetarian option and can cater for specialist diets when you let us know in advance. If what you really fancy is not on the menu and we have the ingredients, you can be sure we will be happy to make it for you.
Ground floor twin room
A lovley quiet room at the back of the house on the ground floor. Hand railing a sloped flooring all the way to allow for those who are less able. Although the room ensuite is not designed for a wheel chair we do have a disabled toilet just up the hall from the room. PLEASE NOTE: from the photo there are a few very small steps which separate the living area of the room to the sleeping area.
Enjoy the sound of trickling water while enjoying one of our delicious breakfasts!
Our water feature in the dining room is often commented on as it provides a calming and soothing ambience to our stylish dining room.
Large family room
Can be let as a triple with double and two single beds or for a family of four, Mum Dad and 2 Children. Lovely spacious room.

This is a lovely room with tourist information and library - all for your comfort and enjoyment. Enjoy looking through our large selections of books and magazines. Bring in a few bottles of what ever you fancy and meet your friends here for a wee dram before you embark on a great night out. Just ask and we will happily supply you with ice and glasses to help you celebrate your special occasion.

Our ensuites are simple in style and very very clean. all have good showers and complimentary shampoo, shower cream, and soap. For your additional comfort we provide luxury bath and hand towels and face cloths.
