A home from home, in the beautiful town of Helensburgh on the river Clyde

Situated in the heart of beautiful countryside where the West Highlands meets the Lowlands, experience a warm, friendly atmosphere, with excellent accommodation in our child friendly hotel. Braeholm, which is an hotel and family centre run by RSR, is an alcohol free and smoke free Christian ‘home from home’. RSR (Royal Sailors Rest) Braeholm is a naval charity and there are discounts for all Service personnel. We are happy to accept bookings from members of the public too and with a selection of single, twin, double and family suites available, you can expect a warm Scottish welcome for you and your family.
We are situated in the small country town of Helensburgh on the banks of the River Clyde. Helensburgh is a popular venue for sailors wishing to take advantage of the beautiful lochs and inlets and the town is close to the Royal Northern Yacht club and Rhu Marina. Helensburgh is home to Hill House and anyone with a passion for design and architecture will love Charles Rennie Mackintosh's design. Ten minutes drive from Loch Lomond, Ben Lomond and Scotland's first national park. There is a direct rail link into Glasgow which is 23 miles away and Glasgow airport is 30 minutes drive by car.
There is a coffee shop on site serving light lunches and refreshments.

Please note arrivals on Saturday and Sunday are between 12-3pm
Arrivals Monday-Friday are between 12-9:30pm
