Getting there from the Information Centre

From Perth Tourist Information Office follow signs for A9 North (Inverness). Turn off the A9 at first exit to Luncarty/Stanley. Follow road through Stanley, then follow signs to the Hotel.

Getting There by Car

From M90 - continue on the M90 to the Broxden roundabout junction with the A9, to the west of Perth. Join the A9 heading North following signs for Pitlochry & Inverness. Remain on the A9 for 4 miles. Leave A9 at the slip road for Luncarty and join B9099 for 4 miles. Continue through Stanley and turn right at West Tofts, following the signs for Kinclaven and Ballathie House.

From Edinburgh - take the A90 and cross the Forth Road Bridge towards Dunfermline. Join the M90 and follow directions as above.

From Glasgow - take the A80/M90 towards Stirling. Join the M9 heading North to Dunblane. Join the A9 to Perth. Follow directions as above.

Getting There by Railway

From Perth Railway Station - Taxi required.

Getting there by Aeroplane

From Edinburgh Airport (approximately 1 hour drive), cross the Forth Road Bridge and head North towards Perth. Follow signs for A9 Inverness and leave A9 just after Perth. Follow B9099 through Luncarty and Stanley then follow signs to Ballathie House.

Getting There by Ferry

From Rosyth head North towards Perth and follow signs for A9 Inverness. Leave A9 just after Perth and follow B9099 through Luncarty and Stanley. Follow signs to Ballthie House.
