Kinness Lodge

Kinness Lodge is a newly renovated and equipped, self contained house set in the ten acre gardens of Rufflets Country House Hotel on the outskirts of St Andrews Scotland. Well positioned for golfing and sightseeing in St Andrews and the East Neuk of Fife. Close to beautiful, safe sandy beaches, coastal paths for walking or cycling, plus all the amenities of the Historic University town offering interesting craft shops, theatre, museums, galleries and restaurants.

Guests at the self catering Lodge have full access to the ten acre gardens which are ideal for a gentle stroll, with sheltered seating in quiet spots overlooking the little burn which runs through the garden. There is also a golf practice net, nine hole putting area and croquet lawn for guests use.

The facilities of the Hotel on the doorstep offer an alternative to self-catering, providing full breakfast, light lunch or dinner if you so choose, plus a well stocked cocktail bar specialising in malt whiskies.

The house is accessed by a private driveway through woodland, leading from Rufflets Hotel main entrance. There is sufficient parking for three cars in front of the house, plus an integral garage. A short flight of steps leads to the entrance porch of the house from the parking area.

£300.00 per night based on a minimum stay of 3 nights. The Lodge can accommodate up to 8 guests
