This spacious, comfortable, attractive, well equipped, recently redecorated house is open all year and only 5 miles from Inverness Airport. It is situated on a secondary road half a mile from Summerfield supermarket.
The house is well centrally heated. It has 3 bedrooms containing a new king size bed 5 feet (1 metre 53 centimetres) wide by 6 feet 6 inches (1 metre 53 centimetres) long. Also 3 single beds (one new) and a large cot. Gas, electricity, towels and bedlinen, including 15 tog duvets and bedspreads are provided without extra charge.
The bathroom contains a bath, shower, washbasin and toilet and there is an extra toilet and washbasin downstairs as well as an extra washbasin in the double bedroom.
The kitchen has a large dishwasher, microwave, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, toaster and an electric kettle. There is a TV/video with a digital set top box in the lounge.

Regarding the exterior, the front garden has flowerbeds and a spacious parking area, enough for 2 or 3 vehicles. The, large rear secluded garden has perennial flowers, fruit, vegetables and facilities for playing badminton and croquet. There are modern deckchairs with a matching low table available for relaxation. No pets permitted.
We provide a tourist map of Scotland, a local map and many leaflets and brochures, including details about, festivals, etc. Aided by these you could travel and within a mile see the white sandy beach, marine harbour, packed with yachts and the famous Nairn Golf Club where the international ‘Walkers Cup’ was televised world wide in 1999. 'This year, 2011, from Thur. 7th till Sun.10th July, the Scottish Open Golf will be held at Castle Stuart Links, which is about 10 mins. drive from 'The Pine Tree House'. Other sports available are horse riding, fishing, game shooting, sailing and in the magnificent mountainous regions, skiing e.g. Lecht – great for children. In addition you could visit many historical places, e.g. Culloden Battlefield, Fort George, Brodie and Cawdor castles. At the latter you might like to refresh yourselves at ‘Cawdor Tavern’, which received the accolade for Britain. There are also many take-away/home delivery shops if you get tired of cooking.
Other tours are a dolphin boat trip on Loch Ness and the whisky distillery trails.
