Our Log Cabins are nestled between Aboyne and Ballater in the rustic village of Dinnet, an area of outstanding natural beauty, set in the heart of Royal Deeside on the Eastern Gateway to the Cairngorm National Park.

The Newly constructed Log Cabins are finished to a very high standard and overlook the Muir of Dinnet nature reserve with loch side walks from your doorstep.

They make an ideal base to explore the many sporting and tourist activities Royal Deeside has to offer including fishing, hill walking, golf, skiing, the castle trail and Balmoral Castle (10 miles), the Whisky trail and Royal Lochnagar distillery (10 miles), and highland games including the Braemar Gathering wich is attended each year by the Queen.

Each Cabin is fully centrally heated and offers a double and a twin bedroom, well equipped bathroom and fully fitted kitchen including integrated fridge freezer and dishwasher. In the open plan living area you can relax in comfortable lounge furniture with LCD TV or dine at the table set for 4.

On site you also have access to the well known 3 star Loch Kinord Hotel with excellent Rosetted restaurant and whisky bar. Also on site the Hollytree Taven offers pool, jukebox darts etc.
