If you dont want to, there really is no need to cook - and no need to drive just walk out along the High Street to enjoy a quality local dining experience. Or, have a takeaway meal - Chinese or Indian or cooked by the chefs in The Carters Arms and delivered hot and fresh to your door. There is even a café open from early in the morning for breakfast and a bakers shop making packs of fresh sandwiches to sustain you through the day.
If you do want to cook at home, there is a well-stocked Co-op, open from early till late 7 days a week, just two minutes from the flat where you can purchase any item you may need. There are also excellent butchers and bakers selling outstanding, fresh local produce. You will certainly be spoiled for choice.
