The Coach House at Kilpatrick is a superbly located traditional 18th Century property which has recently been completely reconstructed in a sympathetic architectural style and fully modernised in 2004. The house is set on Duart Bay amidst beautiful West Highland scenery offering outstanding scenic views. It is located on the Duart Peninsula which is a conservation area, with Duart Castle and the sea shore being only a few minutes walk away. You are assured of completely stunning scenery and can explore your Highland retreat at leisure.
The Coach house provides family accommodation with 4 good sized bedrooms (sleeping 6), two bathrooms (inc shower), downstairs cloakroom, sitting room, hall/dining room, utility room and kitchen. The bedrooms are arranged as to two with double beds and two with single beds.
The house has electric central heating and water heating with a gas cooker in the kitchen. There is a solid fuel (wood and coal) range in the sitting room. The house also has a colour television, washing machine fridge freezer, dishwasher and payphone. Thre are electric blankets and a well equipped kitchen.
There is a south west facing walled garden with mature shrubs and trees and a gate at the bottom leads down to the beach.
In addition to the Coach House there is a separate studio flat which sleeps 3.
