Ayres Rock Hostel
Ayres Rock is situated on beautiful waterfront location on the picturesque island Sanday
This family run hostel is on the beach front with many rock pools at low tide, the all-round views are amazing.
The Hostel has three bedrooms, two of which are twin rooms and one family room with ensuite making it much sought after by all ages, bed linen and quilts provided. A self catering kitchen and an extra shower and toilet with disabled facilities. The fully equipped kitchen has fridge freezer, cooker, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans & TV.
The Campsite has Six birth static caravans, placements for motor homes, caravans and tents it also has a separate toilet & shower block, water point, chemical toilet disposal point, electric hook-up available, washing machine and drying facilities available.
Bed & Breakfast and evening meals can be catered for.
Free pick up and drop off to Loth ferry port available
Tourism information, payphone, internet access point, craft shop and chip shop available on site.
The Island has a swimming pool, nine-hole golf course and many beautiful sandy beaches.

Sanday has sweeping bays with white sandy beaches; it has way-marked walks and visitor trail to help you explore the island. There are many historical sites and places of interest including star point lighthouse.
Wildlife the principal attraction are seals common seal pups can be seen in June and grey seals are born in November on secluded beaches, otter trails can be followed in the sand and their spraint or droppings on prominent knolls or rocks.
