AIRD VIEW:
Aird View nestles in a quiet rural area of eastern Skye called The Braes. The comfortable bungalow is set back from a single track no through road, yet is only 7 miles south of Portree, the principal town on the island. There are beautiful, uninterrupted views over the sea to the Isle of Raasay whilst the nearest beach is only a few minutes walk from the front door!
The property has been well maintained and features UPVC double glazing, oil fired central heating and a modern kitchen and bathroom. In addition there is one twin and two double bedrooms plus a spacious, bright lounge/dining room with two large picture windows having stunning views out towards Raasay. Garden areas lie to both sides of the property and there is parking for up to three cars.
Aird View is ideally placed for touring the north east of Skye and visiting the Isle of Raasay. Magnificent scenery, museums and historical sites are all easily accessible on the Trotternish Peninsula just north of quaint, yet buzzing Portree, with its narrow winding streets, picturesque harbour, Aros Visitor Centre and excellent range of shops, pubs and restaurants.
