Glen Mhor sits in a sunny enclosed garden in the friendly and busy village of Auchterarder with many facilities from a range of high class clothing shops to a delicatessen. It is under 2 miles from Gleneagles Hotel and Golf Courses, one hour from Glasgow and Edinburgh and only 15 mins from Historic Stirling and Perth. Our location makes GlenMhor an excellent base from which to explore our magnificent scernery; fish, walk and golf on 40 golf courses within easy reach, taste whisky at our distilleries, take in a concert or eat at highly rated restuarants in the area. You will be spoilt for choice.
GlenMhor consists of an entrance hall, rear porch with washing machine and drying facilities, fully equipped kithen, dining area, lounge (both with access via French Doors to the deck and garden), 2 twin bedrooms (1 en-suite) and a family bathroom with both bath and shower. There is parking for 3 cars in the drive and an outside lockfast shed for bikes, golf clubs etc. Central heating is provided throughout the property by gas. The hob is gas, electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher are all installed.
In the lounge there is a flat screen digital TV with Freeview, a DVD player and CD/Radio. There is no charge for electricity, gas, linen or towels.
A small free welcome pack includes coffee, tea, sugar, milk, dishwasher tablets, toilet rolls and washing up liquid.
The surrounding countryside is very beautiful and we have many attractions within easy reach of Auchterarder. Golf courses abound, St. Andrew's "The Home of Golf" is within very easy reach as are many of the famous courses. Edinburgh and Glasgow are only 1 hour's drive away and Perth (15 mins away) has won Great Britain City in Bloom, has a wonderful swimming pool, ice rink, bowling rink and several golf courses, Farmer's markets, Theatre and Concert Hall etc.
