All three bedrooms are en-suite with colour TV. The two upper double bedrooms haveTV with built-in DVD. The ground floor twin bedroom caters for disabled access and comes with a walk-in shower.

Loch Lomond on it's doorstep with its boating, skiing, fishing, castles, parks and walks.
Loch Katrine with it's beautiful scenery and the last working paddle steamer the Sir Walter Scott.
Glasgow, 30 mins away by car takes you into Glasgows shops, theatres, art galleries and museums.
Stirling with all its history. Visit Stirling castle or the Wallace monument. Stirling is approx 28miles from Balloch.
Edinburgh is only just over an hour by car.Why not call into Falkirk on your way and see the famous Falkirk wheel.
Into the Highlands. Invarary, oban, the eerie Glencoe and Fort William easily accessible in a days outing.
