This is a delightful, detached cottage with extensive views of the hills and valley in which the peaceful village of Finzean is situated. It sits in the large gardens surrounding the owner's house. The modern, bright and spacious cottage provides very attractive and cosy accommodation and is equipped to a high standard.
Accommodation comprises, hall, lounge, large kitchen/dining area, utility room, two bedrooms, one double and one twin bedded (capable of sleeping 6 with double sofa bed in lounge), shower room with toilet and basin. It has it's own garden, sitting area with furniture, BBQ and a ramp to front entrance.
The cottage, 7.5 miles west of Banchory, is ideally located for exploring Royal Deeside famous for its Highland Games in summer. There is a wide range of sporting activities available locally, including hill walking, mountain biking, skiing, horse riding, climbing, fishing, nine golf courses within 10-30 minutes drive and an outdoor activity centre within 10 miles providing activities including go-karting, quad biking and 4x4 driving.
Banchory, Aboyne, Ballater and Braemar are all within easy reach by car and provide an excellent range of restaurants and shops. Days out can be planned round the variety of the many gardens and castles in the surrounding area such as Balmoral, Crathes, Drum and many more. Aberdeen, the beautiful 'Granite City', 26 miles away offers much of historical and cultural interest.
Local shop 1 mile, Farm shop and Tea Room 1/2 mile, restaurant and pub 2.5 miles.
