Getting there from the Information Centre
From the Tourist Information Centre on Princes Street, go west to The Mound and take Lothian Bus No. 42 (south) to Mayfield Church. Cross at traffic lights to Fountainhall Road.
Getting There by Car
skipFrom A720 city by-pass take Straiton Junction A701 and follow signs towards city centre. At traffic lights at bottom of Liberton Brae, vere left onto Mayfield Road. Turn left at traffic lights at Mayfield Church onto Fountainhall Road.
Getting There by Railway
From Waverley Railway Station go west on Princes Street to The Mound and take Lothian Bus No. 42 (south) to Mayfield Church. Cross at traffic lights to Fountainhall Road.
Getting there by Aeroplane
Follow A720, city by-pass going south, to Straiton Junction. Turn onto A701 and follow signs towards city centre. At traffic lights at bottom of Liberton Brae, veer left onto Mayfield Road. Turn left at traffic lights at Mayfield Church onto Fountainhall Road.
Alternatively take Airlink Shuttle Bus to city centre (Waverley Bridge). Go west on Princes Street to The Mound and take Lothian Bus No. 42 (south) to Mayfield Church. Cross at traffic lights to Fountainhall Road.
Getting There by Ferry
From Rosyth ferry terminal take A90 towards Edinburgh across Forth Road Bridge and then follow A720, city by-pass going south, to Straiton Junction. Turn onto A701 and follow signs towards city centre. At traffic lights at bottom of Liberton Brae, vere left onto Mayfield Road. Turn left at traffic lights at Mayfield Church onto Fountainhall Road.
