Within this peaceful sanctuary of woodland and moorland is Achneim Cottage available for rent all year round.The cottage has a private garden backing onto ancient woodland and has been renovated and designed in a contemporary style with comfortable beds,pretty furnishings and an open fire.
There are numerous ACTUVITIES on the Estate both for the serious outdoorsman and the nature-lover-FISHING on Loch of Boath and the River Findhorn,and traditional field sports. PONY TREKING and GUIDED WALKS are also available(look out for the capercaille,grouse and osprey),but for many the rugged beauty of the Highlands is the prime attraction and Cawdor is ideally situated for exploring the area.
