The Annexe

The Annexe is situated on the shores of Loch Etive, surrounded by idyllic scenery and yet within easy reach of Oban.

The Annexe is an ideal place to chill out and relax, whilst being a great location for any activity holiday or as a base to explore Argyll and the West Coast of Scotland. Mull, Iona and the island of Staffa with its famous Fingals Cave are accessible via a short ferry trip away.

ACCOMMODATION
Staffa Annexe is a private and self-contained apartment attached to the owners house. It has every convenience to cater for your holiday needs.

There is off road parking directly outside.

The accommodation leads from a porch to an open plan lounge/ dining/ kitchen (with well equipped kitchen). There is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. Outside there is a patio, with garden furniture, a mature well stocked garden that is surrounded by trees offering plenty of privacy.

The Annexe has central heating and electricity costs are all included in the rental tariff.

LOCATION
There is a good selection of pubs, restaurants and village shops nearby.

Oban is only 7 miles away where you can find restaurants, activities and entertainment or simply sit on the pier to take in the beautiful views to Kerrera and up the Sound of Mull. From Oban you can catch a ferry to explore the Western Isles. Fort William is only a 45 minute drive away.

Early risers can catch beautiful sunrises over Ben Cruachan and Loch Etive.

Ben Lora is situated behind the Annexe and more energetic walkers will be rewarded with spectacular views over to Mull and the Morvern Hills on the one side and then turn around and get breathtaking views of Loch Etive and the hills beyond. The Annexe is also well placed for enjoying gentler walks with great bird watching and wildlife watching opportunities.

There is a long stretch of sandy beach only 3 miles away.

Cyclists have a wide range of great routes to take, and there are many more recreational pursuits such as canoeing,golfing, fishing, sailing, quad biking, swimming, and horse riding.

There are also 2 golf courses nearby and cruises up Loch Etive.
