Enjoy the peace of our woodland garden, a haven for wildlife where the river flows under Dalqueich bridge to Loch Leven, with its wonderful Heritage Trail.
Relax in the conservatory or by open fires in the lounge or dining room.
Excellent beds, showers and food with home produce await (our own free range eggs).
We hope to inspire you to explore some more.

Dalqueich Farmhouse is a traditional Scottish building which is over two hundred years old. Set in large grounds bordering on one of the main rivers leading into Loch Leven, it is in a delightful quiet rural location nestling into the foothills of the Ochils. It has been restored and modernised and accommodation is of a high standard.

One family room is available, (with a double and single bed) with en-suite facilities, and the other room, a double, has a King size bed and its own adjacent private shower room.

The house is fully centrally heated but in the winter months, open fires in both lounge and dining room add to the cosy atmosphere.

Dalqueich is excellently located for touring Scotland, being within five minutes drive of the M90. Perth, Stirling, Glasgow and Edinburgh are all within easy reach, and, for skiers, both Aviemore and Glenshee are about an hour and a half’s drive away.

Walkers will love both the local Loch Leven Heritage trail and, further afield, Fife’s coastal path.

The delightful, undiscovered Fife coastline and fishing villages are less than an hour’s drive. Everyone loves the boat trip to the Isle of May with its sea and birdlife.

The rural road network has well marked cycle routes. There is ample parking within the grounds and bicycles can be securely locked away.

For golfers there are numerous courses- Gleneagles, St Andrews and Carnoustie are within easy driving distance and locally, Milnathort, Kinross, Muckhart, Dollar and Crieff are easily accessible.

Loch Leven is an internationally famous bird sanctuary-the RSPB have extensive facilities. In addition, ospreys fly in the Ochils and can also be seen nesting at Loch of the Lowes by Pitlochry, about 45 minutes drive.

Hill walkers enjoy the gently rolling hills of the Ochils – walkers can start from Dalqueich and go directly up into the hills for a delightful day out – we can supply the packed lunch.

Please note that as a small establishment we do not have the facility to accept payment by credit card.

In Scotland, smoking is banned in all types of paid accomodation.
