From Kirkwall Tourist Information Centre proceed by foot down Albert Street past the Orkney Ferry Company office,to Kirkwall Pier, and board the Outer North Isles ferry for Sanday.

Getting There by Ferry
On arrival at Loth Ferry Terminal follow the signs for Kettletoft Backaskaill is situated four and a half miles from the ferry terminal on the right hand side of the road next to a picnic spot. For local ferry services check www.orkneyferries.co.uk.
