Forest Apartment Sleeps 4-6: 1 luxury en-suite double, 1 twin, 1 sofa bed. There is a beautifully decorated lounge, a further living room with dining area, a fully equipped modern kitchen and 2 luxury bathrooms – 1 with whirlpool bath.

SUMMARY Terms & Conditions
Booking/Payment
Although payment is due on departure, a valid debit/credit card is required to confirm a reservation. The credit / debit card must not expire prior to the checkout date.
For stays of less than 7 nights, the card used to confirm the booking will be charged on checkout, unless an alternative form of payment is offered. Any additional items will also be charged on checkout.
For stays of 8-60 nights, 50% non-refundable payment is required on check in with the balance plus any additional items due on check out. The card used to confirm the booking will be charged on check out, unless an alternative form of payment is offered.
For stays of more than 60 nights, a deposit equal to a booking of the Apartment for 6 weeks at current rates is required, which shall be deducted from the balance due on check out. Full payment of any deposit must be made on check in.
Once Guests commence their stay, they are liable for payment for the entire booking.
Check In, Cancellation and Amendments
- Check in is 14.00 – 20.00. Check out at 10.00. Earlier or later check in / check out times may be available on request. Guests who fail to vacate by 10.00 will be charged for an additional night, unless arrangements for a later check out have been pre-arranged.
- To cancel or amend a booking of 3 nights or less, 48 hours notice is required to avoid a cancellation/amendment charge. The full sum due for the booked Apartment will be charged for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance. Any amendments made with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to an amendment charge at the Proprietors’ discretion.
- To cancel or amend a booking of 4-30 nights, 7 days written notice is required to avoid a cancellation/amendment charge. The full sum due for the booked Apartment will be charged for cancellations made less than 7 days in advance. Any amendments made with less than 7 days written notice in advance will be subject to an amendment charge at the Proprietors’ discretion.
- To cancel or amend a booking of more than 30 nights, 14 days written notice is required to avoid a cancellation/amendment charge. The full sum due for the booked Apartment will be charged for cancellations made less than 14 days in advance. Any amendments made with less than 14 days written notice in advance will be subject to an amendment charge at the Proprietors’ discretion.
- The Apartment will be held until 20.00 on the due date of arrival unless a late check in has been agreed with the Proprietors. After 20.00 the Proprietor is entitled to re-let the Apartment. If the Proprietor is unable to re-let the Apartment at the same rate and for the same duration, the Guest will be charged for the full cost of the booking.
- The Proprietors reserve the right to refuse a Guest entry and accommodation if, on arrival, management reasonably considers the Guest is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, is dressed unsuitably, or is behaving in a threatening, abusive or otherwise unacceptable manner.
General
The Apartment is non-smoking.
At departure, Guests will be liable for any missing or damaged items.
If the Apartment is rendered uninhabitable as a result of damage to the Apartment the Guest will be charged for each night the Apartment is uninhabitable. The Guest shall be liable to meet the cost of fully repairing and reinstating the Apartment.
Children under 16 years old must be supervised by a responsible adult.
No pets are allowed except guide dogs
