Far Horizons Holiday Cottages are situated on a traditional sea-farm, in the beautiful pastoral landscape of south-west Arran.
Our converted stone-built cottages, the Hayshed and Ploughman's Bothy, plus the new-built Blacksmith's Bothy, enjoy a secluded location above the sea on the south-west corner of Arran, with outlook over the idyllic pastoral Corriecravie Valley and west towards Kintyre.
These attractive cottages are owner-maintained and fully equipped, with all modern conveniences, and electric heating throughout. Each has two upstairs bedrooms (double and twin), spiral staircase, ground-floor bathroom, open-plan lounge/dining area/kitchen, and satellite TV. Patio doors lead onto a paved terrace with BBQ, and there is ample private parking. The Blacksmith's Bothy is detached, and has its own small garden, up a short flight of steps. There is pedestrian access dpwn a steep track to the shore, with a breathtaking panorama of sea, land and sky.
Pony trekking, golf course, indoor swimming-pool, sandy beaches nearby. Here you'll find comfort combined with rural peace, inspiring views, clean sea air - come and enjoy!
2012 prices are £350 - 480 per week.
Short breaks available, minimum 3 nights, at £75 - 85 per night
