Millburn House was built in 1853 on the A702, Biggar to Edinburgh road, with the property extending significantly in 1989. It is an approximate 25-minute drive from Edinburgh, 45 minutes from Glasgow, and has easy access to the Borders region of Scotland. Biggar, and the surrounding area, is home to some of Scotland's most wonderful historical attractions.

It is located on the Edinburgh-Biggar road (A702), the main connecting route between the M74 and the Edinburgh by-pass (A720).
