Fisherman's Cottage

Delightful, detached, stone fisherman's cottage, in excess of 100yrs old, situated in peaceful coastal village, on Scotland's north-east coast, with sea views. The property has been completely renovated and furnished to a high standard, to provided home from home comforts.

The nearby rugged coastline offers plenty of sightseeing and is ideal for walkers, as well as being the home for many varieties of birdlife. Within reach are the working ports of Fraserburgh, Macduff and Banff, as well as many golf courses, castles and the famous Whisky Trail. Nearby are the sandy beaches of Fraserburgh and St Combs with their wide expanses of golden sand.

Accommodation:
Entrance Hall with kitchen/diner, separate sitting room with electric coal fire. Two bedrooms, one double, one twin. Shower room with electric power shower, washbasin and toilet.

Facilities:
Electric cooker, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, washer/drier, iron, ironing board, colour TVs one with DVD and Video player. Bed linen and towels provided, hairdryer, all fuel included in rent. Gas fired central heating. Non smokers, pets by arrangement but must be kept under control. Private parking. Welcome Pack.
