Courtyard Cottages

Situated at Lentran Farm, the Courtyard Cottages were newly refurbished in 2008 - they are equipped, furnished and decorated to a very high standard. The cottages are located in a beautiful situation with views across the surrounding farmland to the Beauly Firth and Ben Wyvis.

Courtyard Cottages are only 5 miles from the city of Inverness, the capital of the Highlands with great communications by road, rail and air.

They are 6 miles from Beauly – a picturesque village with a good range of shops, restaurants, hotels, pubs and a visitor centre.

The cottages are perfectly situated for touring the Highlands. For the more active there are numerous golf courses, trout and salmon fishing, cycle tracks, hills to climb and walks to enjoy.

All cottages have information packs to help with your holiday planning.

ALL COTTAGES HAVE:
Very spacious lounge/ kitchen area with dining table. Television with Freeview, DVD & CD player.
Fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer.

Conservatory with cane suite. Utility room with washing machine and tumble drier. Double glazing and Oil fired central heating.

Each cottage has a barbecue and garden furniture.

Bed linen, towels, heating and electricity all inclusive.

Cot and high chair available on request.

RATES:-
Weekly rates from £370 - £620

Short Breaks October to May – 20% weekly rate per day. Minimum 3 days.

10% discount for second week

Lets are on a weekly basis Saturday 4.00pm to Saturday 10.00am

A 20% deposit per week is required at the time of booking with the balance due 6 weeks prior to the start of the holiday
