The homely family en suite room/sittingroom has a TV and tea and coffee facilities as well as lots of little extras which will help make your stay great. Also we have a lovely double/twin ensuite bedroom with all the facilities as the front room.
Start each day with a hearty Scottish Breakfast, served in the spacious hall which enjoys spectacular views over the Mull of Galloway, at a time to suit you. For all other meals there are some excellent eating places in nearby Drummore and Port Logan - where 2000 acres of Sky was filmed. There is also a local post office and well-stocked village shop within easy reach.
The area is a haven for wildlife and a coastal walk will reward you with picturesque views and an opportunity to see puffins nesting in the cliffs. Nearby, follow the award-winning Mull of Galloway Experience which allows you, not only the chance to climb to the top of Scotland's most Southerly lighthouse, but also to learn how the lighthouse used to operate by visiting the lighthouse exhibition. Afterwards relax and soak up the beautiful surroundings in the cliff-top caf, Gallie Craig.
Here you are ideally placed for exploring Logan Botanic Gardens and Ardwell House and the picturesque fishing village of Portpatrick.
