DINING : A table for two!
My husband and I moved to this part of Scotland to create a lovely Garden which we can share with our guests. We take pride in our cottage and are mindful of your needs. Since we live on site in the Victorian Lodge, we deal with our guests directly – from key exchanges, to repairs, and anything in between. We hope you will feel at home and enjoy your stay with us in Dumfries & Galloway! We are now listed on TripAdvisor where you will find some reviews of our hospitality.
The dining area overlooks the herb garden with trees and shrubs beyond lining the Private drive.If your preference is to dine out there are many good places to eat in Dumfries and on your travels.

The Shower room is compact with curtained shower, sink and toilet. We supply shower gel and hand soap as well as towels.

The lounge area has a comfortable sofa, a bookcase with a selection of novels, and general books, plus a selection of visitor information. The lounge also has satellite TV , a DVD player and mini sound system.

The Kitchen
The bright kitchen is simple and functional with fridge, a washer/dryer, microwave, toaster, juicer and electric oven with grill.

The grounds are a feature of the property and you are welcome to enjoy them. There are several benches and special 'tucked away' rustic seats around the garden. Enjoy a glass of wine in the peaceful surroundings and watch the many birds we have encouraged to the garden.
